We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
- Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Saturday).

Shipping Method & Tracking
Once your handbag has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package through our primary carriers directly on their respective websites.
Delivery Address & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before the 3:00 PM EST cut-off time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

2. Order Tracking
At Handbag Heaven, we want you to stay informed about the journey of your new handbag. Below is our step-by-step process for tracking your order from our warehouse to your doorstep in the USA.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
Because our product handling time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday), your tracking number will be generated once the quality check and packaging are complete. You will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website within 72 hours of placing your order.
How to Track Your Order
You can monitor your shipment through any of the following methods:
- Email Link: Click the "Track My Order" button found in your shipping confirmation email.
- Direct Carrier Tracking: Copy your tracking number and paste it into the official tracking portal, depending on the carrier assigned to your order.
- On Our Website: Visit our 'Track Order' page and enter your Order Number and Email Address.
Tracking Status Updates
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If the tracking shows "Label Created" or "Not Found," it simply means the package is in transit to the carrier's sorting facility.
Estimated Delivery Windows
Our product transit time is 3–7 business days. Based on your location in the USA, your tracking should reflect a total delivery time of 4–10 business days. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team immediately.
