1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your handbag must be in the same condition that you received it: New, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. Product Condition
We only accept returns for items in New condition. Items that show signs of wear, stains, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Exchanges
Yes, we offer exchanges! If you would like to exchange your handbag for a different color or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item or we can process the exchange directly upon receipt of the original item.
5. Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent pricing. There is $0.00 (Zero) restocking fee for any returned items.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
